Booked Shuttle bus, arrived 10 minutes early, no bus. Threw all my arrangements into turmoil. It was a simple booking procedure. Which time did I want, which terminal and what was my room number. I requested the 4am bus and gave my room number. At 3.50 I waited at the allocated place and was still there at 4.10. I then enquired at reception and was told I was not on the Shuttle bus list. How can this happen? I then requested a taxi which took me to the airport. Totally spoiled the start of my holiday. Would not recommend this Premier Inn.

Stayed here with my family Thursday before flying out. Very friendly staff food was lovely and had Couple Drinks in bar erea before getting our heads Down.Went Down for breakfast next day. Quality Breakfast .my Daughter is so fussy so when she seen they done pancakes and chocolate she was over the moon.they was one of the Staff that stood out as she was working the front of house then cleaning then running the bar .Real asset to the place she is .Emma her name was . She was really looking after every one.nothing was to much trouble. We will defo be staying again at some point ... Food & drinks: Spot on 👌

Decent clean hotel with good size rooms and an on-site bar, nice breakfast, standard premier Inn you know what you'll get. Watch out for the parking, they used to charge you on check in, now they don't, no barrier so when you leave you'll get a £85 fine reduced to £51 if you pay within 14 days. No reason to change this but to catch people out and make money, why remove it at check-in?
