    Staff were friendly and attentive, food was really good and the location is good. On the other hand, it’s ridiculous you pay this much money and have scaffolding rattling next to your window from 8. This is a no brainer really - no construction work outside hotel rooms before 9/9:30 surely?! Parking is also a joke. Paid for parking and then had to move the car to a car park 10 minute walk away. Is this not a key infrastructure issue that premier inn needs to try and address with the council? Air con didn’t work very well as it’s a built in unit rather than an external one in other, more modern, premier inns.

    If you are in the hotel between 8am - 6pm you will hear nothing but drilling and banging about the entire day whilst they carry out renovations which has been going on for a long time and looks the same for the foreseeable future.
