It's a bare minimum in a good location. Room was incredibly hot. AC unit running for 8 hours had little effect, AC shuts off if you exit the room. Windows were sealed shut so did not get good sleep. Room had an led strip that was permanently on and flickering. Stay here if you'd like to develop epilepsy.

Convenient branch with usual chain standards. Tube station is a straightforward walk, with the most direct route from the exit on the National Rail side
