(Translated by Google) Perfect location and friendly staff. The location couldn't be better. Leicester Square is so centrally located that much is within walking distance. Soho and China Town are directly adjacent. It is a maximum of 15 minutes to Buckingham Palace. Likewise for Big Ben. Covent Garden is 5 minutes away. There are endless restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The subway is also only 2 minutes away. Just keep in mind that the square is extremely busy, especially at weekends. There is a club in the same building as the hotel. You can easily hear it on weekend evenings and at night. Depending on which floor you are on. The tip for arriving from Heathrow: the new Elisabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road. It's a few more minutes' walk, but traveling on this train is much more comfortable than on the Piccadilly Line. We recommend the new Premier Plus Rooms. These are modern and look new. The "old" normal rooms are not nearly as nice. It's worth the extra cost. Actually, all rooms should look like this nowadays. The old ones are no longer up to date. The bed is very high and relatively hard. Very high quality but beds are a matter of taste. There is a fridge. Nespresso machine and a larger TV. lighting done nicely. High quality shower gel. However, there is not enough space for clothes. And clothes hangers that you can't take out of the closet I find terrible. Nevertheless: the new rooms are a significant improvement. Breakfast is very good for the money. Sure, there could be more variety. But the value for money is very good. As I said, you have to consider what other hotels in the area take for breakfast. And now for the best: the staff. Extremely friendly and accommodating. We've been coming for years and despite the break caused by the pandemic, we're recognizable. This is extraordinary. The lady at breakfast in the morning is extremely friendly - thank you for that. It's nice to come back to the same hotel over the years and see familiar faces. As a result, even small difficulties such as the current situation with the elevator are not so bad. It's not the hotel's fault. Technician on site every day. But these should slowly get the problem under control. Thank you for many pleasant stays and see you next time.

It was ok, convenient for work event across the Square. Only one lift working which broke down for a few hours one evening. Being on the 7th floor made for tiring ascent. Breakfast plates were cold but food good but would’ve stayed hotter if the plates had been warmed. Friendly staff.

Our room was perfect. Clean. Romantical lights. Everything was there what we needed, even more. Only one person was not so friendly. And the elevator went several times out of service, but that didn´t bother us too much. Quiet hotel, for the many rooms, and when you walk out. You´re in the middle of the goin out section of the city. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 3/5 | Location : 5/5 Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet, Great value … More

Great location prime central and very quiet for being right bang in the most lively area of London. In other premier inns the menu is great and you can upgrade the meal deal to a ribeye steak for £3.50 but When I had the meal deal here there were no extra options only a few meals available. Still a great stay. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 Hotel highlights Quiet … More

The room was poky. There were 2 lifts; one was permanently out of order and the other went out of order for part of the one day so had to use the stairs (fifth floor) and it took me 15 minutes to check out and 14 of those were waiting for the lift. I would not recommend this hotel and won't be staying there again Rooms: Minute. A bed and a desk with barely enough room to pull out the chair and sit at the desk. I'm sorry, Lenny Henry but this is not what you advertise!
