I stay quite regular with the office being around the corner as well as with the family if we are having a short break in the city. The thing that makes this premier Inn decent is the staff. Always happy, chirpy, funny and willing to do anything to please. The breakfast is ideal for families as well before a day sight seeing...also a nice quiet location for central London

We loved our stay at this superb hotel! It was better than we'd expected and just right for our two day jaunt around the capital. Centrally located, it was ideal for everything we wanted to see which included finding the old meat and poultry market at Smithfield, a show in the West End and attending a coronation party at Regent's Park. Our room was spotlessly clean and well presented as well as being lovely and quiet! Our double bed was so comfortable and the bedding was fresh, clean and well laundered! Our bathroom was great with a super efficient shower providing loads of hot water. With soft, fluffy white towels to dry ourselves on, it was just heaven! Especially after a day trundling round London. The reception staff were fab, greeting us with smiles and a warm welcome was which was lovely! But our special thanks goes to Bruna who was an absolute delight. Her lovely personality shone through and we were really impressed by the way she interacted with us pointing out places of interest to visit locally. A real asset to any hotel. Thanks Bruna! Will we be returning? Of course!
