Comfy bed and good location right off the tube. Staff needed lots more training, it felt so disorganised and I heard several complaints particularly about food being cold and waiting times for dinner. The staff could've dealt better if further trained. At dinner there was an issue with payment and a girl just walked off when she got called out for charging someone wrong, muttered something about not dealing with it. Guy behind bar didn't know drinks on menu. Telly in my room didn't work, my friends' remotes didn't work in theirs, my air con said error on panel. Lots of issues all in all. However!.. the price and the location are good if you want a place to drop bags and nothing more. Weigh up your priorities I suppose!
