We stopped here for a night after a long day of travel. Dalston is easily accessible from many major stations including Kings Cross St Pancras. It’s also cheaper to stay here than at a zone 1 hub. This Premier Inn (just about opposite Dalston Junction overground station) truly was comfortable, quiet and great value. Our beds and pillows were super comfy and the breakfast was lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. Around the hotel you have supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries and more. Walk up to Broadway Market for a look at a cute area. Would stay again for sure.

I cannot say enough how great this hotel is. We left a beloved stuffed animal at the hotel by accident, and they were so helpful in bringing it back home. (Translated by Google) We stayed for 4 days at this hotel and our experience was very bad. On the first day our room for 4 people was provided with only one set of towels. The second night the fire alarm went off twice, bouncing us out of bed, with no explanation or apology. On the second day, we returned to the hotel and our room had not been cleaned (and by the way they still have a lot to learn about cleaning). For two consecutive mornings the breakfast (extra charge) was totally insufficient to manage all the guests (and it was 8.30) and we were therefore forced to have it elsewhere. To our grievances we have been accused of being intolerant and racist and to quote a phrase "we are not in Italy here". Aberrant claims to say the least. One piece of advice: AVOID!!!! (Original) Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni presso questo hotel e la nostra esperienza è stata pessima. Il primo giorno la nostra camera per 4 persone era provvista solo di un set di asciugamani. La seconda notte è suonata per due volte l’allarme antincendio, facendoci sobbalzare giù dal letto, senza ricevere alcuna spiegazione o scuse. Il secondo giorno, siamo rientrati in albergo e la nostra camera non era stata ripulita (e per inciso in quanto a pulizie hanno ancora tutto da imparare). Per due mattine consecutive la colazione (a pagamento extra) era totalmente insufficiente a gestire tutti gli ospiti (ed erano le ore 8.30) e siamo stati quindi costretti a farla altrove. Alle nostre rimostranze siamo stati accusati di essere intolleranti e razzisti e per citare una frase “ qui non siamo in Italia “. Affermazioni a dir poco aberranti. Un consiglio: DA EVITARE!!!!

You book a Premier Inn because you know what you are going to get. Not a boutique hotel. Be a great standard room for a great price. NOT HERE! Poor customer service. Broken and run down facilities. Save yourself the hassle - find somewhere else.
