Where to start? Normally with a Premier Inn, you know what you’re going to get. Here, it’s totally different. Checking in really seemed too much bother for the reception staff. We were directed to the check-in machine…… which didn’t work. Reluctantly, we were checked in manually whilst the receptionist continued her personal conversation with a friend above my head. I was obviously wearing my invisibility cloak. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal. Service was terrible. Our meals were not as ordered. We were charged for a drink we didn’t have. To be fair, the food which was served was decent. But we won’t be eating in this restaurant again. Room was fine; it’s a Premier Inn after all.

We always stay at premier inn if possible this recent stay at Eltham was fine we stayed one night parked our car two days later received a Parking notice for £100 pounds we carried out online guided by the. Manager the payment of £10 on the night trying to get in touch with park maven is in possible without. A lengthy process at 76 years old I do not need this stress please premier inn remove these parking agents they are a bunch off xxxxxx

The room was acceptable, large tv, bath and chaise lounge in the double room. Bad part, despite being seen 2 or 3 times going outside to smoke a cigarette as all guests do - on my way into the hotel, at 4am a woman with an attitude ironing in the foyer asks for my room number and tells me a colleague has gone up there as “a pre-alarm” has gone off insinuating there has been smoke in the room despite no one being in there. I let the guy upstairs in who apologies as there was obviously no smoke etc. Then asks if I have “tampered with the alarm” to which I replied “No, I have no reason to.” I’m not the only smoking guest here tonight, as you’d see by the crowd around outdoor ashtray in the car park. I had 1 night stopover on the way home from work, ruined my stay 100%. Not sure if it was a shake down for an extra £100 or whether they were just picking on me since I am the only person of colour I’ve seen here since check-in. Either but it was uncalled for and rude, first time staying at a Premier Inn and I wouldn’t return. Noteworthy details: I had a steamy bath about 3hrs after check in and had no problems until I can back in at 4am.
