Avoid if you can! Rooms so basic (no plugs next to bed, no shaving plugs in bathroom, no mirror near hair dryer, tiny tv, shower head wouldn’t stay up) and none of the air conditioning worked in any of the rooms so absolutely boiling (which we didn’t even get an apology for when complaining)! Only good thing is location. Not usual premier inn standard!

Great location minutes walk from Tower of London. Reservation for 3 nights. Arrived 14.00 wanted to leave luggage as knew couldn't check in till 1500. Got there receptionist asked if we wanted to pay £10 early check-in. No as only 1hr till able to check-in. Returned at 1520 only to be told room was not available. I said can you give us £10 then as room is not available......No. Stood approx 15mins as receptionist got us another room. Room we got certainly didn't have a big comfortable bed. Squeaky floors. If you wanted room to be cleaned had to let reception know before 12.00. We did on day 2. Got back to the room, had be cleaned but cleaner did not leave any towels. Had to go back down to reception to ask !!!! Have been to this premier inn before but it is in a great need of updating

Rooms: The rooms were clean to a good standard and we're lovely and spacious. Air conditioning we also nice. Food & drinks: Food and drink was exactly what I have come to expect from a Premier Inn, however I was a little concerned that serving utensils may have been used for different items which may cause guests with dietary requirements issues. Noteworthy details: Selection of children's books in reception was a nice touch 😊

Rooms: Muy bonitas, cómodas y bastante completas para el precio. Vienen con ducha, toallas, una hervidora de agua para hacer té e incluso sobres para té y café instantáneos. Nearby activities: Hay múltiples estaciones importantes cerca, así que es sencillo llegar a cualquier lugar que desees. Food & drinks: Una delicia todo.
