The staff here are universally so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Vittoria was especially great. I needed my two bookings merging so I could stay in the same room and it was not a problem at all. My room was cleaned when I asked and the one day I had breakfast it was cooked fresh. Location is also great, 2 min walk to the station and then 15 mins to Central London. A fantastic option. I will stay again :)

Rooms: Basic, hardly clean, and stayed that way for entire stay. I had a disabled looking bathroom….I am not disabled so it felt like a airport bathroom. Nearby activities: Bromley is central, good to get everywhere but parking is atrocious here. Safety: Didn’t feel safe Walkability: Only good thing about it Food & drinks: Terrified of eating breakfast so didn’t go near dinner Noteworthy details: Parking is not on site. The entrance is up a massive flight of stairs. Cannot get to the front by car. Cannot stop outside. Really badly designed. Staff tried to be helpful but had two jobs to do while serving everyone. Pay them more premier inn

Well maintained hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Double bed room was a fair size. I have noticed the smell of damp in some hotel shower rooms but Bromley's Premier Inn was spotless. Well recommended. Nearby activities: There is a VUE cinema, a Nandos and many places to eat literally minutes away from hotel entrance.
