I was astounded that I had to pay an additional £10 on top of the £75 to have access to my room 25 mins to 3 when it had been ready for ages, I think that was disgusting for 20 minutes, will make me think in future if to look at other hotels. I know this is a new idea but not a good one Rooms: Little bit disappointed with the cleanliness. Can never fault your beds or bedding always first class but, the toilet was not clean and the toilet seat was awful old scraped and yellow all around the inside, the desk had not been cleaned water and glass marks all over it
