I stay in premier inn all over the country for work and honestly it was the worst stay I ever had it all started when I was told there was no parking and was told to park in the local train station that was a mile walk down the road then got in to my room to find I was given a disabled room with black hair's doted round the bath and shower which the shower certain was too small for the rail then went to have a cup of tea in my room and the mugs stunk of disinfectant but worst of all I went down for dinner to except a nice steak or something similar but there menu had a choice of 3 starters and 3 mains that was soup ,tortia chrisp and olive And for main u had a choice of spaghetti boliase ,chicken curry and a cheese pizza which I swear was microwaved and while I was half way through my starter that was the chrisp the gentleman came over and put my cold spaghetti boliase right next to me on my small single table the spaghetti and a weird plastic taste to it also Just to add I payed 300 pound to here for 1 afternoon and 1 nights This place has got to change no other premier inn is run like this surly I can't believe people have left good reviews they obviously don't know what to expect from a premier inn Aaron white

A pleasant overnight stay in a comfortable room that surprisingly had a a shower enclosure instead of the usual over bath shower and curtain. Maybe too small a space for the standard bath! It also had a comfortable soft leisure chair in the room a much better idea than the hard back chairs you normally get. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have limited dining facilities but not an issue as there are plenty of good eateries within a short walking distance of the town centre Premier Inn. Definitely the better location than the one at Horsham North beside the station and has the additional Beefeater with free parking. I requested a quiet room and was given room 221 and it was well away from the lifts but overlooked the NCP multi car park entrance. No cause for worry as it was devoid of cars during the night. Maybe not the best location if staying for a few nights and need a brighter aspect. It was disappointing to see that the chrome supporting bar on the shower had excessive tarnishing that may well be removed by maintenance using g barkeepers friend or the like otherwise a renewal to keep up Whitbread standards. Otherwise it would have been a five!

I stayed on a business trip. Unfortunately there was an error on the booking (from our company). However, the call I received was quite aggressive as to why I was still in the room and if I could afford another night. I was in a meeting and couldn't ring back straight away. Eventually I asked what I could do, only to be told I needed to rebook in hotel. The second guy who sorted for me was complete opposite of the phone guy and reassured me and assisted me.

Great location and glad we chose this over the other one nearby as its by the train and nothing around. This one is right near car park which after 8 is like £3 for the night and near all the nice places to eat or drink. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Pleasant enough but the car park you are encouraged to use is nowhere near the hotel building and the instructions and sketch map are almost completely useless. It's fine if you know your way around town but if it's your first time in Horsham then this Premier Inn is difficult to find (believe me!) Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 3/5 … More
