Lovely hotel with a central location. Reasonably priced. The staff were really helpful. Parking is in the convention centre car park next door and is £15 for 24 hours. My partner has a blue badge and there are only 2 disabled bays at the hotel. When we walked about parking we were allowed to park in one of the drop off bays. For a hotel of this size 2 disabled bays doesn't seem nearly enough.

Good location, just whete we needed to be. Hotel was quiet and clean, staff were almost invisible, in a good way. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and good quality. I can't think of a problem, it does what it says on the tin and for £70 a night. We were happy. Would use again.

Some staff were so amazing and pleasant and, thankfully, made up for those who didn't seem interested or happy in their work. Breakfast was good. Felt safe, which was good, with the need for card to gain access to lifts and floors. Fabulous location. Decent price but the rooms were quite scruffy with a nasty damp smell in the bathroom and the single bed was nowhere near the standard of the double bed. Handy for a weekend but keep the expectations low. I have stayed in a Premier Inn before and had a lovely experience so just comparing like for like.
