    Great location very helpful staff and the room had tv screen broken, bathroom extraction fan not working, the room could do with a fresh coat of paint. Toilet doesn't flush very well. Food & drinks: The restaurant was rubbish food undercooked. Fry up greasy sausage like a bullet and the bacon and eggs just greasy not edible. Other members of the group said there's were under cooked. Will not stay again.

    Excellent location, just off the M5 motorway, the staff were excellent and efficient, special thanks to Amy who went above and beyond. There is a bus stop straight outside that takes you into Gloucester approx every 20 mins. You can get a meal deal at reception for the Chef & Brewer next door, good choice of menu. Would definitely stay again on our journey down here in the future
