Room was OK. Breakfast was terrible. The lady chef was uninterested and rude. Wemt for breakfast and no hash browns no tomatoes. Very poor. Also would like to add a night here is more exspensive than a night at a Premier Inn in Dubai. And in dubai the hotel and service and food is spot on. I feel like the premier inn here is a rip off and you would be better iff staying somewhere else. We stayed in another premier inn where I had asthma all night. In the morning I checked the room and qas covered in mould. We complained and asked for the good night guarantee and they refused even though they saw that my bed was covered in mould. Avoid

Everything was great expect that my room was 214 which has main external air conditioning unit on the roof above and very load and rumbles/vibrates the room constantly. Staff advised when I complained that this was reported six months ago to head office but nothing done about it. Got full refund under Good Night Sleep Guarantee ..

The staff were excellent, breakfast great, location ideal, but we found beds too hard and air con going on and heating off at night, we didn’t sleep much. The noise of people walking about upstairs was annoying. Finally why are the disabled car parking space the farthest away from the entrance!
