Disappointed that as a venue serving food to the general public they don’t actually have a baby change facility just a shared toilet so have to actually lay your baby or small child onto the floor which is dirty to change them surely a business as big as premier inn can afford to install a changer onto the wall. To add tgi across the road are not open when they serve breakfast so no where else to change a child at this location

I made a booking to stay for 1 (one) night on the 24/3/23 on a flexibility option (free cancellation). Due to change of plans, I logged on the Premier Inn and cancelled the hotel a day before scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, the system didn't send me a cancellation confirmation email. I was shocked to discover £83 was taken out of my bank account - despite the fact I cancelled a day before scheduled arrival. I raised the issue with customer service but was told that "management has declined your cancellation request as we consider that a no show"! I find it un fair and ridiculous to penalise a customer due to your own system failures!
