Stay elsewhere if you have to especially if you have young children. Upon entering our room we noticed a damp smell around all areas of the room. We told the hotels evening / night staff at reception who had no idea what to do. We requested a new room as we had a young child with us. He said he "wasn't sure how to do that". We stayed another night before leaving our stay a night early due to finding mold all over the walls, curtains and ceilings. When I mentioned this to the day time receptionst when we left the hotel she said nothing, looked back at me completely frozen and didn't even apologise. The good night guarantee does not exist at this hotel. We have stayed in 12-15 Premier inns around the country and this is by far the worst. Clueless staff, no cleanliness, damp mold covered rooms.
