My room was nice and big, quite dimly lit i must say. No issues though apart from that the walls must be paper thin because you can hear absolutely any movement or talking in hallway which i found unsettling and woke me in the night. Absolutely shocking from the brewers fayre attached though. Bar staff were clueless, one waitress was really rude with a blunt and cant be bothered attitude, the rest just completely unaware of their surroundings and looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. Pretty rubbish set up in the restaurant it almost felt like we were at a kiddy table. Very dated decor. Breakfast was average but dinner was embarrassing. A medium steak we ordered was pure grey and tough, the onion rings were definitely recooked multiple times absolutely soaked in grease. The two chicken dinners were disgraceful- rubbery chicken that whetherspoons could've done better than, some unpeeled dried up carrots, not cooked through roast potatos and some dry stuffing balls. After a good half an hour wait aswell And we paid £64 pound! Wasnt worth a penny.

Easy to get to and reasonably priced. The only issue is it's located directly behind a large Tesco. That's good if you're needing anything at short notice, but bad if your room directly faces it. Even with ear plugs, tha sound of containers being moved and vehicles coming and going was annoying, especially since the only way to bring the room temperature down is by having the window open. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless.

Decided to eat in rather than travel, what a disaster!! Ordered our food at 1.15 then waited for 45 minutes to receive it. 3 staff only seen and restaurant almost empty. We ordered dessert and another 45 minutes told its on its way. Its ice cream ffs. We never got it! I complained about the wait and told they're busy! REALLY?!! So they refunded the dessert is all. Never again!!!!
