    It was a very stress free experience.Karen kept us up to date with what was going on,she replied to our emails promptly.Karen pointed out all the great deals they was doing,ie steps, filters etc.When it came to the delivery,I was surprised the driver was on his own,but he knew what he was doing and had the hot tub in position in no time.Then he explained clearly what we had to know to look after and use our hot tub.We have used it for a few days now and it is worth every penny.Thanks.Nige and Yvonne

    The delivery driver managed to get the tub into position in a purpose built garden room. It was tight but we got it in. Connection to the power supply was straight forward, then just fill up with water and wait for it to heat up (12-16 hours). The family was in the tub the next day. We are very happy with the build quality of the tub and so far we have used it every weekend. The balboa control system broke down after a couple of months but a simple email and picture to Premier Hot Tubs and they sent out an replacement very quickly. Again, a simple job to replace. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend Premier Hot Tubs to anyone. Darren Holt
