I had my eyebrows waxed and the lady didn’t test the wax temperature on my eyebrows and it burnt all my eye lids and brow bone, They where red and started to scab Not good at all.

Had my eyebrows waxed at premier hair and beauty touch last thursday, and the women who done them burnt both eyebrows and took my skin off. When i went back only 5 mins later to tell her she just looked at me then carried in with what she was doing, when she realised i wasn't going to leave without her doing something about it she then told me to sit down and put aloa vera gel on. Was not happy with this service at all and will not be returning.

Went here for eyebrows and eyelash extensions, the eyebrows was alright but the eyelashes was not good I had to go to the doctors and they said that I was allergic to the glue, I didn't know this because the glue was never tested on myself. Really wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Got eyelash extensions done here and fell off after a day , I got them re done and the same thing happened again . In addition my eyes have been very irritated . They didn't do any allergy tests also there was no eye protection which resulted in glue in my eyes . Not happy !! :(

Went here today for haircut and eyebrow threading, eyebrows are ok, my hair on the other hand looks like someone slipped with a pair of scissors and fell on my hair, she quite literally cut my hair in a straight line across the ends, and my fringe, she stretched it out and cut a diagonal chunk off my hair, when I asked her to blend it with my hair and snip the ends upwards to give it shape she had not a clue what I was talking about, would not recommend and will not be using this place again.
