    Avoid for Evri or DPD delivery! Rude staff calling me a sad and rude person for demanding my parcel that they found but then said it was not on the system. Shop keeper threatened to send my parcel back whilst I said it a very important parcel and I needed it today. Manipulative, humiliating and patronising! Will never order to that shop ever again!

    DPD website shows collection time up to 8:30pm. Got there at 8:15 and they've already turned the machine off and says it's because it's a new machine...rubbish! Waste of time walking 20 minutes there and back. Won't use again for packages or anything else.

    I don't know if it's just me.... the lottery machine is VERY quiet and can hardly be heard when there is a win! I never get the paper receipt to prove how much I've won. It a good job I know how much I've won using the app before I go in there.
