Firstly I want to say that the majority of the staff are wonderful and I always feel welcome and love to shop there, however this morning the older man working there was incredibly rude and dismissive of me and answered the phone while I was talking to him and was just just short with his answers, this unfortunately is not the first time this has happened with this person and I'm so upset I will no longer shop there when he is working, this is no reflection on the the rest of the staff who are wonderful it's a shame as he let's the whole team down.

Not happy with the new guy who has started there he was rude to my partner and even had the cheek to haggle over prices... Also he's often on his mobile phone and just leaves customers waiting while he finishes his conversation it's just plain ignorance... Never had these problems with prince and his wife
