  I can not fault this company one bit! I booked an arabesque marquee for our wedding this weekend just gone about 2 years ago - communication has been faultless throughout we added extra tables changed the chairs added catering marquee and each time there was no argument or hesitation even when we were only 4 weeks before the main event. The terms and conditions were clearly explained and the requirements of the ground and pre event photos were used to confirm suitability. On set up day the team were prompt and respectful, and my goodness they erected the marquee in absolutely no time! They showed us round, how to use what etc. The rustic tables and chairs were perfect and required no extra decoration at all! Again communication faultless advising when toilets would arrive and when they would collect before leaving. The marquee it's self was beautiful every guest commented on its unique style, it kept the heat in well and there was plenty of space for us to get our boogie on, on the dance floor. The catering tent was ideal with easy access to and from allowing us to top up the buffet as and when. The sane team did breakdown and again they were seamless done so quick I didn't even get chance to offer them a cuppa! They left the place emaculate. I could not recommend this company highly enough - they completely made our day!

  We had a terrible experience with this tipi company! They arrived two days before the wedding to put up the tipi and we were told that they couldn't put the tipi up on the ground that had been previously agreed upon. We had multiple conversations about this - which were later denied by the company. The men hired to put the tipi up were rude and dismissive to the lovely 70 year old couple that run the wedding venue and put a massive amount of stress on them. We will absolutely not be recommending this company to anyone and advise to look elsewhere - plenty other great options out there!

  We hired an Arabesque marquee for our daughters wedding on 9th July 2022. The price was competitive and the communication was excellent throughout the process. The set up and take down team were excellent, the marquee was in good condition and we have no complaints about the chairs or tables. This company did exactly what they said they would do and have been most helpful. Ultimately we had a very enjoyable and memorable wedding and would have no problem recommending them.

  And this is a response from the owner.... explains why not to use this company! Hi I fully expected your email below after Josh reported what he had been subjected to. My email to you was not in any way rude, I merely commented on the photo you had sent me, even so I did apologise despite not having done anything wrong. On arrival to setup your husband actually invited them straight in and apologised at the narrowness of the entrance. There was periodical torrential rain which makes life difficult and it appears that you have twisted their desire to get on with the job, in difficult circumstances, as lack of engagement! I do not accept that there were 100 dirty chairs. One or two may have slipped through, but of course you will have photos as proof With regards to take down you were well aware that we were coming Sunday morning because I emailed you to which you responded. The sat nav indicates that they arrived at 8.45 - most marquee companies take down from 8am on Sundays and the booking form that was signed clearly indicates in capitol letters that the booking is for 24 hours only and that take down can be Sunday, Monday or Tuesday The degree of vitriol you subjected Josh to was disgraceful - littered with expletives, frequent use of the ‘F’ word - in all a vile unwarranted attack against someone who was just doing his job. Josh has worked for me for 8 years and I and the rest of my staff know him well. He is incredibly easy going, customers think he is great and for him to comment about you, under his breath, when entering the marquee just really proves how obnoxiously you behaved. It is rare for anything to wind him up, but you did and he has said that you are the work customer he has ever had to deal with. I could say more, but I am not of your ilk and wouldn’t want to stoop to your level. By all means leave a review, we will counter it, publish the emails and include character references for the man you abused. You might want to consider the old adage ‘people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’ as those you are accusing may choose to leave their review about you on your social media.   Phil arranged a marquee for our charity event which was being held in a field in the middle of nowhere which wasn't a problem for him at all. The marquee was beautiful - very sculptural and looked great with the all the sides down in the sunshine. Much better than a straight sided marquee which would have been more difficult to air. Also we ended up with a slightly larger marquee and larger toilets at no extra cost to our booking because the size we'd wanted wasn't available so that worked out great! Derbyshire Wildlife Trust

  We used Premier Event Marquees for our wedding in May 2016. The owner Phil was very helpful and the team arrived the day before to erect the marquue. They were quick and efficient and friendly.... the marquee lived up to the photos on the website...everyone loved it with the ivy and pealights creating a very romantic effect. The team arrived to take the marquee down and again were great...I would recommend this Company to anyone. Loved it....This marquee made our wedding..... I will add Photos when I can..kind regards Katie and Neil Poulton, Longton, Preston.

  This review is a warning about Premier Event Marquees in Goole. We paid in advance for a full wedding package. The site was a registered campsite in a national park, with numerous suitable fields complying with the company’s terms and conditions. The day before our wedding, PEM arrived to set up. My wife and girlfriends arrived to be told by the two men from PEM that they were not going to put up the marquees as the wedding was “dodgy”. Rather than discuss this professionally with us, the manager cancelled the contract and effectively destroy our wedding. My wife stood there in tears. Then followed desperate negotiations about how we could get them to stay. They demanded £500 in cash, there and then. We agreed. They demanded that we cut the grass. The farmer agreed to do it immediately. They said the field had had sheep in it. Then they just drove off. Later that day, the director phoned, apologised and said we could have a full refund within 24 hours. A full week later, when we were supposed to be enjoying our honeymoon, which they knew, we had to threaten to call the police to get the money back. The next day they paid up most of the money, but no apology or remorse for that act of 'professionalism' either. So they wrecked our honeymoon as well. Retrospectively, they claimed that we refused to cut the grass. Can you imagine risking your own wedding by refusing to cut the grass? Complete nonsense and we have independent witnesses to prove it. We would have done anything to keep them there. We have written this negative review of Premier Event Marquees in Goole, because they continuously acted without compassion or professionalism and have not been held accountable. We can't change that, but we can tell you about it. I’m sure that most of the time, the company does a reasonable job. But speaking from experience, one of their ‘bad days’ would mean one of the worst days of your life. There are hundreds of other marquee companies out there. Tim & Katie, UK
