    The arrogance of this company is beyond belief. The charge home owners money to erect signs to advertise there own company! If you ask them to maintain the grounds as they are contracted to do, they tell you there's no money in the budget! An absolutely disgusting company.

    I dealt with a lady called Jordan, who manages Bs41 block in Ancoats. She had only just started working on this block the week she dealt with my issue on the parking space I have. Very quick of the mark on this occasion, where as the previous manager I reported it to, never had the problem resolved for months.

    Seem more interested in making money thank making than looking after Tennant's they keep demanding more and more money from us we paid an extra £774 last year and this year it has risen from £130 per month to £208 per month.

    Legal scam as best as I can tell. They look after a piece of grass on the estate I'm on. Best guess it costs EACH HOUSEHOLD about £30 each time they mow it. It takes them a couple of hours. (So around £10k per time apparently) They take about £42k a year from the whole site. For a piece of grass. Stuff that isn't grass gets pushed aside, balls to it if it makes the place look grubby and run down. Within my first month had to complain that they weren't actually doing their job properly. Bins are a no go! They don't care that the estate's getting full of dog s### because they're getting £10k a pop! Plus, they're incompetent, know nothing of communication, want the years service charge paid up front, won't readily let you set up a direct debit (though they swear it's something you can do!)

    An absolute disgrace of a company. We’ve had parcels stolen, mailboxes broken into to, lifts that were not fixed for weeks, homeless people breaking in a sleeping inside the building, you name it, we’ve had it all. Premiere Estates does not care at all and always tries to not get involved and avoid responsibility - when the mailboxes where broken into we got told that is they are not their property so it’s the residents job to report it to the police. A horrible company with horrible employees

    Have received a 14% increase in management fee, 20% increase in accountancy and ~£300 increase in insurance with absolutely no explanations. They also insist on sending a document about our rights, which actually apply to leaseholders and not freeholders - so they try to make it look like there’s a way to challenge the unreasonable fees or that we have some say, whereas they actually just send us a bill and treat us as a number until there’s something we can pay for again from them. Disgusting way to take advantage of people during a cost of living crisis.

    Evasive. Unresponsive. Ignore recorded delivery letters. Ignore Emails. Trying to push through a huge increase in "Service Charges" about 4 times the current inflation levels !!! They do not carry out repairs, even with dangerous broken paving reported THREE times. Not quite sure what "service" they provide. I gave them one star, only because I can`t give them ZERO.
