    We paid £ 90 for a service visit, washing machine not repaired and technician damaged outside of machine. They are a front for Marchwood Engineering who have attrocious reviews. Requested refund but no reply, avoid ! I am only giving 1 star as I cant post a 0 star review

    They deserve less than 1 star as they are a RIP OFF Disgusting Service, my cousin called out Premier Electrics as her washing machine did not work, they said they would charge 69.99 for a call out so with reluctance she asked to come out, the engineer came out looked at the washing machine spent 15 minutes looking at the unit, then looked at the plug, saw the plug needed re-terminating and rewired the plug, she was charged £114, £44.01 to wire a plug disgusting, but they did offer £5 for OAP discount Really, this is disgusting never use this company they are SCAM artists and i will be reporting them to trading standards

    NO STARS! Terrible service! I bought a Miele washing machine from Premier Electrics. I went with Premier as I was told they could deliver on the Tues which was a day before all the others I looked at. They said I could have an afternoon delivery slot as I would be at work until Ipm. They called in the morning to say it would be delivered early afternoon (the website says they contact you with a two hour slot, apparently that isn't true as they couldn't be more specific).At 4.30 with no sign I called the company to be told that the van had broken down and so they wouldn't be delivering. (They should have called to let me know that instead of me chasing them!) I wasn't happy but these things happen and they said they could deliver the next day. I said I couldn't be sure exactly when I'd be in as I had work am but also my pet was going in for surgery and I would need to go and pick her up at sometime in the afternoon when she was recovered. The woman was most put out with me that I wouldn't be in all day or give her a time but I was unwilling to say I would definitely be home as they charge you £35 if you're not in when they try to deliver (shame they don't pay you the same when they don't turn up themselves!). We agreed they would attempt delivery on the Weds anyway. 10 minutes later she calls me back to say the van wouldn't be fixed and they couldn't deliver until Thurs. I was not happy as in desperate need of the machine but decided to give them a chance even though I had found another company online that for £10 more would be able to deliver to me Thurs. I then had a message on Wednesday from someone asking me to call back (turns out that that was the manager but I didn't know that at the time). When I called back he wasn't available and no one knew why he had called but she looked at my account and said she could book delivery for Thurs. I said it had already been booked when I spoke to someone yesterday and she said no it wasn't that was only a provisional booking! So I got the day off work arranged and I called at eleven on Thurs to see if they could give me an ETA. I was told sometime after 2pm. At 1.30 I got a call from someone to say that she had contacted Miele and they had now arranged to collect the machine so they could definitely deliver tomorrow! I was stunned, this was news to me, I didn't even know they didn't actually have the machine, especially since they were supposed to be delivering 2 days before. When I told her I had confirmed a couple of hours previously that it was being delivered today she said she didn't know why I was told that, she was organising it and responsible for deliveries.She knew nothing of what had gone on (staff clearly don't bother to talk to each other) she was very rude and went on to say how she'd been on the phone since 8am to try and sort it out for me and that she had gone out of her way to do it and we don't normally do this etc! Erm, I was supposed to get my machine on Tues but I'm supposed to be grateful for you doing me a favour (it's your JOB!)when in fact you have let me down badly! I said I couldn't take another day off and she said it's either that or you won't get it for another week! I mentioned the other company that had said they could have delivered it today and she said that was impossible and that no one could get one this side of Christmas and basically said I was lying! She said she'd get the manager to call me, I asked her when (he didn't get back to me yesterday remember) and she couldn't say. I went online and found a retailer that could get it to me Sat (and cheaper!) so I called to cancel. They put me straight through to the manager this time funnily enough and he desperately tried to persuade me not to cancel and that they could deliver Friday (even though that meant I would have to take ANOTHER day off). I said I'd rather wait an extra day so that someone else would get my money after the appalling service. I would advise everyone else to do the same and take their money elsewhere. Their service is a shambles, staff rude, communication terrible.AVOID

    I made the mistake of buying a Miele Dishwasher on a Cyber Friday Deal with only delivery and take old machine away service. I contacted Premier and got a quick appointment to plumb my dishwasher but engineer could not do the ingrated wooded part. Following week, the carpenter came and done the job also put the wooden boarding back into place, adjusted machine and I was very pleased. Next time I will buy direct from Premier who offer a complete service.

    I have recently had a element go in my oven which I was not confident in changing myself even after looking at various YouTube videos showing how easy it is. I was at the time week off from work and decided to use professional to fix the oven which I knew would cost me more but better to be safe than sorry.. 1st day engineer came within 3 hours which I was impressed with and after already confirming the part was in stock with the operator I was happy to go ahead and get it fixed. The price was £149.99 which I thought was huge for a element so I asked for a better price and agreed on £130 reluctantly I may add. The engineer checked and the part was not in fact on his van but one in southhamton so he would get it sent over night and be back out the same week to fix it. This was a Wednesday and agreed to come back on the Friday/ sat depending on post etc. Saturday came and went and I called and chased to find the part in fact had to be ordered and the engineer should not of told me the info he did. Great.... Agreed for the Wednesday as I was day off and guess what no phone call or response so I chase it again to find the van had broken down and I would get a call within a hour. 2 hours went by and I was told the engineer had been taken to hospital as he hurt his hand . I called back and asked to speak to a manager/ anyone that could just book in a revisit and get it sorted to which i was told I would receive a call.... nothing. I work in retail management so I had a very busy schedule with stock take etc planned in so I decided to just leave it and wait for this call. You guessed it by this point no call ever came to say sorry we will come out or even a email to request a call from me. One and a half weeks later being today I receive a call to say they can come out... Sorry but this is unacceptable in my opinion I had already been stung for £70 call out for nothing been promised visits and calls and received nothing back. To then call and tell me the price is in fact £149.99 and not the agreed £130 But the discount I would get for all the messing about and two wasted days off waiting in would be £20. As you can see if you want a job done don't bother with this company you will be wasting time and money. I have learnt the hard way and in future I will not be impatient to get a job done quick. If I wanted a wait I could of gone to my local supplier who would of done it by now for £80 But was clear from the start I would have to wait for part etc. Stay clear if this company.
