From start to finish it has been a joy to deal with this company. The initial rep was very helpful and was instrumental in us accepting your quote even though it was the most expensive. The rep who came after to check measurements etc was also polite and helpful. Once the date was arranged to commence work Alfie introduced himself and started clearing the bathroom. Whenever we had a query Alfie was more than helpful in answering any questions we had. His workmanship was excellent and he was a clean and tidy workman. We had a slight problem with the size of the glass in the shower. But there was no problem with the office and it was changed very quickly. All in all it was the pleasantest of experiences and we were very pleased with the final result

Very fast and friendly service. Fitter worked not only on a Saturday but also Good Friday to get our bathroom (which was being completely redone) finished. Was done far sooner than expected after being quoted 8 days for the job. I did have to do a bit of chasing to find out when the electrician was coming to do his part of the job and the shower screen grab rail was damaged when it arrived but this was replaced quickly and the fitter came out again on Good Friday to get the replacement screen installed. The finished bathroom looks great, the new electric shower is easy to use, and the whole room is much more mobility friendly for my elderly father.

Excellent service right from the beginning with nothing being too much trouble from the team. Although the cost of the refurbishment was slightly higher than expected the quality of the fittings and excellent workmanship was to be commended and definitely value for money. Our fitter, Mark, was friendly and his work outstanding. He explained his programme of work each day and was very open to answering our questions. He was very contentious about leaving the room clean and tidy each evening. The finished bathroom is brilliant. I would highly recommend Premier Care, and particularly Mark, to you.
