    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! we bought one around 5 weeks ago. First problem being that we noticed one of the tyres kept going flat after pumping up (was fine on day we took the car) took to a tyre place and they told us was not the tyre that was the problem, it was that it had a bent wheel (we had only drove it down the road and obviously hadn't done it ourselves). On finding this out we took the car back to the garage and they did sort it for us, but the car shouldnt have been sold to us like this and we were also asked if we had done the damage?!😆. We then had to take it to a garage a week later about it juddering on starting sometimes and a burning smell occasionally. This was down to the fact that we were told by them they could have it back in their garage on a tuesday and being messaged at 9:30pm on the monday before saying that there mechanic wasnt in now until saturday. The garage couldnt find anything on the diagnostic that we had to pay for, but then found out the coolant was near enough empty (causing an air bubble and the possible choking in the morning) and a rear gasket had gone and was leaking oil (causing the burning smell). When you are told by a garage that your new car has been serviced and MOT'd by them this clearly causes a warning sign about how honest they really are... PLUS THEY ALSO REPLY TO YOUR REVIEW 3 YEARS ON ALL LIES.

    After recently dealing with Premier Car Centre, I cannot recommend them. They're completely unscrupulous and inept at what they do, tell multiple lies, and don't appear to care much about customers. Many of the 5 star reviews are from people with only one review, which is a bit suspect. Thankfully, I decided to walk away as I certainly wouldn't trust them to do the right thing if I had any issues with a car purchased from them. Good luck!

    From first contact my experience with Premier Cars has been nothing short of exemplary! I found a car I was interested in on auto-trader and despite it being quite late, Ryan of Premier Cars was happy to help in any way he could. I reserved the vehicle with a fully refundable fee and my partner and I went to view the next day. Parking outside the shop is limited due to location but I was able to park on a side street adjacent to the forecourt with the car out and ready to roll. The gentleman I first interacted with (apologies for not getting your name) was extremely friendly and informative, with no sales push at all. He was more than happy to let us view the vehicle at our leisure. He offered a test drive once familiar with the layout and we took to various roads of Bedford. Again, this experience was very laid back, with only guidance on where to go altering from friendly conversation. Once back we had one last look over before deciding this was the vehicle for us. So inside and some paperwork signing later with the wonderful Ryan and we were set. He even managed to get our 18 month extended warranty for a lot less than the original quote! Top man! The car had an MOT which flagged up that it required new brake pads - Ryan informed me of this and apologised profusely. He told me the work would be done the next day and it would be delivered that evening. True to his word we now have our lovely new vehicle here with us and I can’t express how wonderful the transaction has been. Thank you to all at Premier Cars, I definitely will be recommending you to family and friends and undoubtedly will be back in the future 😁
