I walked into premier on a random Saturday afternoon and was immediately overwhelmed by the number of different prams, cots, strollers etc. Jon instantly put me at ease, and spent a lengthy amount of time explaining each pram and its pros/cons until I managed to reach a decision. There was no pressure to buy and they advised I go away and look at reviews online to make sure I was happy. Their knowledge and experience was invaluable and their patience was very much appreciated. A lovely local shop, with great staff. Highly recommend.

We have been to Premier Baby today , and we were greeted by a lovely lady, who helped us to purchase a pram/ pushchair. She demonstrated the item and answered all our questions, this experience was 100% better than when we went to Winstanleys pram World 🙂who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge us, so thank you premier baby we will be back very soon

Becoming new parents can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to buying everything you’ll need. Premier Baby were so helpful from start to finish in more ways than one. All of the staff there are friendly, informative and eager to help you decide what’s best for you personally. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured like in some shops we visited where all they cared about was getting money behind the till. We ended up getting our whole travel set (plus some extras) and furniture from here as it was the lowest price we could find and the convenience of it being in the shop ready to view whenever is amazing. Customer service is 10/10 and I haven’t received such amazing service in a very long time. We had a few issues building the furniture so John came and looked at it for us and obviously managed to sort the problem out straight away. He went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful as it took all the stress away from us. It’s nice to have a company locally that cares about their customers, makes a change! I would 100% recommend Premier Baby to anyone. Thanks again!

I was amazed at how competitive they are on price (couldn’t find the nursery furniture bundle or pram bundle we bought any cheaper elsewhere).
