Premfloor Southern carried out the refurbishment of a 10,000 square metre terrazzo factory floor. The contract involved the removal and replacement of 2000 square metres of terrazzo tiles, the filling of over 500 holes with resin terrazzo, and the grinding and polishing of the entire floor. Work was carried out in a professional manner, by a very experienced and friendly crew. Good Health and Safety standards were maintained throughout.

Premfloor Southern Ltd carried out two terrazzo jobs at the Eastbourne Arndale. One was providing a long, new, terrazzo tiled shop front for one of our clients, the other was to replace several failing expansion joints on the main mall. Both contracts were expedited quickly and professionally. Dust was minimised by vacuum attachments, and Premfloor were Health and Safety compliant throughout. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

Prime Demolition
Premfloor Southern recently carried out two large flooring contracts for us. We were extremely pleased with their performance throughout, their flexibility on site, and attention to detail. My client was delighted with the finished result of their efforts, as were we. They have invested heavily in special dust control equipment which kept dust down to a minimum, and PPE was always adequate. We will be asking them to tender for all similar work in the future.
