In early December I started to experience acne roseaca which over a few months got a lot worse. I visited Preene and Caroline gave me profesional advise on ways to treat. I booked in for a Neostrata glycolic skin peel system. I have had 2 sessions of this and after the second treatment skin completely cleared. In fact my skin has never looked better. I was skeptical of the results but was surprised at how effectively this worked for the acne roseaca, it really is amazing and I shall continue with monthly treatments. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone suffering with this. Caroline has a wide professional knowledge and really helped me .

I had my third session with Caroline yesterday. I have had pedicures twice before, which were really great and so pleased with the results, making my rather tragic feet fit for public viewing! Yesterday though, I also had a facial. Not only was it a very enjoyable experience, but this morning, I can honestly say the results are remarkable. My skin, which suffered during chemo last year, is looking better than it has for years. I'm really delighted. Caroline does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to have in one's home. Highly recommended.

Since having my baby and returning to work I’ve struggled to find the time to go to a salon for my usual wax. Caroline is friendly, experienced and makes every appointment extremely comfortable and calm. I have always gone to salons to get my waxing (legs and Hollywood) and always felt uncomfortable afterwards (walking around straight afterwards with sticky skin), but Preened has absolutely changed the game with waxing done in the comfort of your own home!
