Excellent service; trustable team. They carried out a Post Purchase Inspection & Report plus an investigation and repair of water ingress into the O/S door which turned out to be the result of a botch job some years back. Very happy with the level of customer care and time taken to explain everything in the Post Purchase report. No nonsense straight talking help and information. Yes you're paying a little extra for a premium service, but worth it in my opinion. Oh and the Bluebell Railway is right next door - I don't think these guys service steam engines but if they did, I think they'd probably do a good job! It was a bit of a hike to get to these guys but well worth the trip. My transmission was leaking oil and expecting a very large bill. Instead i received accurate and efficient service all my questions answered and in and out for £50 for 1/2 hour on the lift to find only the filler cap was loose. The technicians were helpful and answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. Ironically I'd asked the prior (local) garage who charged me over £1000 for wheel alignment work to look at the leak and check for loose filler caps and they missed it. Service: Transmission

Highly Recommended. My car had been serviced from new by the local OPC. For the 10 year service I decided to look at specialists and chose Precision Porsche after checking online reviews. Really great service from booking until collection. They lent me a car to get to work and back and phoned me once they had checked the car over. Went to collect the car and it had been cleaned to a very high standard. Very reasonable prices with the invoice printed on top quality paper which was a nice touch. I really rate this company and took them into consideration when purchasing my 911 I needed a good local well priced expert. So far I have used then twice and made enquires on other occasions . They understand your issues and listen to you, they want to know what you want. I had a rattle coming from my dashboard which turned out to be a badly fitted apple car play devise with loose wires. I went out with a member of staff who listened to the problem. Not only did they solve the direct issue they even stopped some other background noises. During the work they called me with an update of cost and suggested further improvements I could make. I am booking in again next week as have just broken the passenger window button.
