I wasn't confident in the engineer they sent, all he did was change the toners (and left the security seal on the new toners, no wonder the printer didnt work!) and the print quality was worse than before. I made a written complaint on 11 May and over two weeks later, they haven't bothered to reply to my concerns. I would not recommend them.

Shambolic service from this company ask them to repair a printer they told us the had to replace parts fair enough but they split a service kit fitted half the parts printer still wasn't working right every time i called was told someone would get back to us but never did finally this week after nearly 6 weeks of keeping us waiting the have told us they are not willing to fix the printer . Got another company in to resolve this and the price is cheaper , they don,t even warrant one star but it would let me post without a rating . AVOID
