Hi The worst company ever. Waiting for a lift to be fixed for over 8 weeks giving a weekly date but never showing up. Left a block of 15 flats with elderly & disabled people locked in their flats with no way out. Optivo is unable to give a reason as to why they are unable to come out. I hope they lose their contract. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Terrible company. They worked on our lifts for a over a year and the lifts are actually worse. They are more noisy then before. The emergency alarms are going off all the time and the display telling you which floor you are on never worked after they ''fixed'' them. Their solution was to cover up the display with metal.

FOURTH week our Lift out of Action. Precision Lifts not giving Optivo any date to be fixed. Already one lady has heart problem (no problem before) people in their 70's to mid 90's prisoners in their own homes. Disgraceful Company "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE"

The worst service ever in the 3 times now have left 6 flats of disabled people stranded for days on end with no explanation or help! They are the worst and rudest bunch of people have ever meet in my life I hope they lose there contract AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. They are not fit to make a cup of tea let alone look after lifts for people in high rise.

Ridiculous incompetence. Was advised that the hoist would need some new batteries and has consequently resulted in needing a new circuit board. Unsure of this escalation but, all I know is they evidently do not care about the clients as my client had been left 5 weeks in bed over Christmas so he was unable to see hos family. Sort it out. Will be informing the news articles and raising safeguarding concerns.

we have waited for 2 weeks for them to come out and when the other lift broke down too i had to contact my MP to intervene...worst company ever and every time they 'fix' them they break down again...a total con esp after one of them said they do work weekends but they just couldnt be bothered to attend...old people stranded for days unable to go out...appalling
