I contacted Precision Ceramics in desperation as I was unable to source a replacement ceramic component for one of our machines as it had become obsolete. From my initial contact with Peter Bourne it became apparent that not only had I found a company that were prepared to manufacture an individual small ceramic component, without knowing the required grade, but were prepared to manufacture 2 components in different grades of ceramic. The grade of ceramic proposed by Precision Ceramics for the component was ZTA10 and, as a back up should the grade be unsuitable, an additional component in Ceramazirc Ultra tough. From my initial contact with Precision Ceramics, as a new customer, the help, advise, support and Lead Time to manufacture the components were absolutely first class and I would not hesitate in recommending the company to anyone looking for a supplier of ceramic parts.
