  We used Precision for our house extension last year. We were particularly picky in selecting our builder, wanting to ensure quality along with on-time, on-budget delivery. The Precision team gave us confidence in their ability to do that for us and then the delivery itself was fantastic. The whole team including the subcontractors were great to deal with and delivered quality work. They were communicative and flexible throughout and we are delighted with our extension.   Enquired through their website and got a quick reply. Andrew came out and was one of several quotes I got. He stood out for his professionalism and consultative approach, which really made then stand above the rest. There was clear quotation and they took charge of basically everything. They are VAT registered so was not the cheapest offer but went with them due to their professionalism. They were able to complete the job and the boys who conducted the work were respectable, clean and hard working. Worked through bad weather some times to get it done on time. Left the garden and area clean, tidy and did an amazing job. Service: Landscaping

  Our whole house renovation was an exciting journey made all the better with the Precision Team onboard. The initial build team were fantastic and nothing was ever too much! They coped extremely well in the limited spaces and the structure went up quickly and in an orderly fashion with little mess. It was always a safe workplace and they were happy to have two extra little ‘helpers’ and work around us as a family. Even with hiccups along the way due to no fault of their own, the team were always dedicated and gave guidance and reassurance when and where it was needed. We had a complete refit of heating, 3 new bathrooms, added a bedroom and created a huge new kitchen/dining space and nothing was too big a job! All contractors came in and fulfilled their jobs and this was always organised fully by Andrew. We can’t thank the guys enough for all they have done and we look forward to enjoying the new spaces they have provided us with, especially with all the wonderful high-end finishes! We would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

  I needed an extension to the kitchen with an ensuite bedroom above and a garage to the front. I got a quote from Precision builders which was more comprehensive than any of the other quotes i received. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Having talked to Andrew several times it was agreed that they would do the build. It turned out not to be as straightforward as we thought, we found a 5m deep well just where the footings were to go and an old large structional brick flue that was hidden in the corner of the walls where we were to demolish to create the open plan kitchen. Both these issues were dealt with quickly and correctly using building control and a structural engineer. The price of this extra work was clearly given to me and agreed in advance so there was no unexpected costs. The rest of the work was more or less done within the agreed quotation. The workmen were brilliant, cheerful, polite, tidy, punctual and there communication was very good keeping me informed about all the aspects of the job. I was very happy with the build and would not hesitate to highly recommend Andrew and his staff to anyone looking for a builder. Peter Harris Services: Project management, Remodeling, Demolition

  We are new to the are and chose Precision based on reviews seen online. The work was to create a kitchen/diner and fit a new kitchen, also to create a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite. The guys did an excellent job, were polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to get everything just right. Would definitely recommend them.   We worked with precision to build a two-storey side and rear extension with the addition of a garden room at the rear of our 1930's property. We contacted Andrew for a quote and he was punctual, polite and had many good ideas to add. We awarded the work to Precision as Andrew genuinely seemed to share our vision for the property and we had complete faith that he wanted to carry out the work to a high standard and cared that we were happy with the finished result. The works proceeded very quickly and each day the team arrived when expected, were polite and courteous and worked around our children being at home during lockdown. (We even had a go at bricklaying- thank you Archie!). Each evening the site was tidy and kept as clean as possible. Out of necessity we have completed some works ourselves and Andrew and the team have been very accommodating with this. Overall we are delighted with our finished home and have no hesitation in recommending Precision

  Fantastic service, well organised, and did a good job! Danny and Andrew kept us well informed throughout the build, and when minor issues arose, I could contact them out-of-hours, and they came quickly to sort the issue.
