    If there is less than 1 star I would not hesitate to rank them with 0 stars. Worst customer service and they hide their mean policy. They don’t return items whatsoever. The manger there who is supposed to be the owner as well is very rude and talks down to customers because she has got the upper hand. She personally decides what to and what not to refund. They are not trustworthy. DO NOT EVER BUT ANYTHINg FROM THEM. Save your money for more respected shops and stores.

    I bought a buggy online from them which has broken and there is no way to get in contact to get it fixed or replaced. The phone number doesn’t worked and no one has responded to the two online ‘contact us’ forms I have submitted. I’m really disappointed in ‘precious little ones’ lack of customer service.

    Bought 2 items. Dispatch was estimated 2 days after order. Not on this occasion it was 13 days after the 2 day period. Tried calling never answer phone. Emailed and it was a days before we got a reply. Items delivered today. 2 different designs and the topping on the cake one is in a amaged water damaged pack and quite frankly smells disgusting.

    EDIT. it's now been over 2 months and still no returned money!!! I brought a pram and returned it as wasn't what I thought it was like, and I'm still waiting for any information since returning it a month ago, says 30 days to be processed, No refund process information and can't get hold of the store at all. As anyone knows having a baby is an expensive time and could do with the money back especially after purchasing another pram on top of that.

    Appalling company. Received a letter to say that Precious Little One and The Pud Store - both owned by Frances McVeigh - have now went into voluntary liquidation (surprise surprise)!! No one will get their items and many won’t get their money refunded. I ordered on the 8th of November and received my letter on the 1st of December. Both companies still taking orders right until the end with the owner knowing all too well that no one will ever get their goods. Absolutely shameful!!

    My double pram was ordered in October for November delivery. It got to the last week of November and still no date had been given or I'd recieved no contact. After me chasing them up they told me there would be delay until January (Baby due 2 weeks) I asked for a refund to be processed which I was told would be done on the 24th November, still no refund and also no reply to my emails and calls since. As we all know prams are not cheap and I need to get a replacement with no refund and very little time. Wouldn't recommend this company at all!

    Disgusted!!!!!!! Wish I'd read the reviews of this company before I used them. Ordered a stroller pram for £108, it has not arrived but money has been taken. Customer Services do not answer the phone or respond to messages. They do not reply to emails, online chat or social media. Do not use them, you will not receive your goods. I will continue to follow up but not hopeful that I will get my refund or item. If I could give them no stars I would be!
