  Darren and his team literally saved my day. I was in need of longer hose, hose reel and couple of other bits and it was a real emergency. Visited them and they had what I needed and I was ready to go in less than 30minutes. Not only that, but after realising I was missing one small part to finish the set-up, Darren went over and beyond and he helped me even more long after closing time. Next to all the super high quality and bomb proof parts, you will get tons of professional advice that you can use in the future. PWS really works with and for their customers, everyone is super friendly and very polite. Now waiting for the time to go back and upgrade my set-up even more. Highly recommended company to go for if you're in need of repairs, parts or any other aspects for your pressure washer. And I can't stress enough that their equipment is one of the best on the market with a lot of research and development put into it before bringing it to the customer.

  Great service , 2nd to none after service. Ive had very minimal bits off this company , a boiler and a few odds n sods so its not like im anywhere near their biggest spender by a long shot. But i turned up today with a couple of very minor issues and alot of issues on my other machine that was purchased elsewhere years ago. Everything was sorted , and i was given hours of attention and alot of advice that was truly genuine and very much appreciated. cannot recommend enough

  Ordered a hotbox boiler for my business. I had my worries as Darren made the ordering process so easy. I was sure something was wrong and i harrassed the life out of him. Bless him he kept assuring me everything was on track. (Sorry Darren) once unit was completed the courier let him down at the last minute. I couldnt believe it when Darren messaged me to say he was bringing it himself. Arrived 6pm on a SATURDAY and stayed till 9pm installing it for me. Nowhere have i ever seen such amazing customer service. The quality of my unit is amazing and have already decided to conduct more business with the company next month. I can't thank Darren enough. You can try the rest but i assure you eventually you will come to the best at PWS

  Great service and knowledge from these guys … pretty new to pressure washing and wen to get an old one replanted and they had a great trade in I have bought from them last summer …. they have given me loads of great advice including lately when they could have sold me a new fsc and actually all it needed was new nozzles and worked like new . Ps had a vibrio X fitted and if you haven’t got one GET ONE as cuts done the vibration big time 👍🏼 Can’t recommend Darren Sonia John Ron and all the team highly enough . 🙌🏼🙌🏼👍🏼
