Took two kids in for measurement and new trainers recently. Was coerced into buying trainers I wasn’t sure about about the styles but the lady was very pushy. Trusted that they had been properly measured. When I got home I checked and the trainers she had sold me were smaller than the ones my child had grown out of and clearly didn’t fit. Her feet were squashed in to the very end. Had to return them. The other pair I brought for my other child have also proved completely useless as she limps when she wears them they are so uncomfortable. Terrible fitting. Waste of time. Waste of £50. Would never shop there again, beware

Awful. My little girls visit for her first measurements and shoes was absolutely ruined by the very rushed inpatient lady who made her cry! Fake, abrupt, rude, told her off. Didn’t even have any shoes at all in her size-wouldn’t have bought them anyway and would never go back. I was so upset for my precious little daughter’s experience that I went home I’m tears.

I never write reviews but I was so impressed today that I felt I must show my appreciation. I’ve used this shop over the years for both my children and latterly myself to buy a pair of trainers to walk a marathon. I have always found everyone very helpful. Today I brought my mum to see you, we did not have an appointment but we’re seen very quickly. The lady we saw was kind and extremely knowledgeable. Even though the shop became quite busy we didn’t feel rushed. We were there for over an hour. My mum is very active but recently has been struggling with her mobility. The lady identified the problem just by seeing her walk and the fact she is now moving more comfortably has made her so happy. My son and dad could immediately see the improvement in her. I can’t thank you enough.
