Was very paranoid at the start after the car I got from my previous place started falling to bits but the two brothers who run this place made it so welcoming , got in contact with them a couple weeks ago regarding a jaguar xe S 3.0 and they gave me so much information about it, what had been changed and what had been done. I decided to visit today and ended up being that happy I left with it the same day and wow I don't regret it one bit , the brothers were incredibly kind , getting me coffee, water, offering food , anything I needed and updating me with every step while explaining everything in detail, we went to see the car and anything I was unsure about they went over with me, we went out for a test drive and I absolutely loved it especially considering I never drove an automatic before , we went down to the bank after and one of the brothers took me there and helped me out as much as possible with the whole process , and with the premium warranty that they offer I was so impressed with just the service alone , with everything else it was practically an experience in itself ☺️ And that was just the service , the condition of the car was amazing , they had paperwork for fun to back it up from service records to health checks , it was completely immaculate and well looked after by the previous owner and the effort the brothers go into in keeping it clean and fixing any issues is incredible !!

Matt sold us a Mercedes A250 and from the first phone call was nothing other than professional, knowledgable and very helpful. I’ve bought a few cars over the years and this is by far the best service we have received. The car itself was described perfectly and when we drove the 400 mile round trip to complete the purchase and the car was in immaculate condition as described and he even had a nice bouquet of flowers for my partner ( nice touch )
