I would highly recommend Pravins. The jewellery they have is stunning, a wide selection of lovely items. From our initial phone call to our appointment with Erin, we were very impressed. We did looked elsewhere, but Erin's competence, personable skills and knowledge is what made the decision for us. She took the time to get to know our requirements for our rings. She didn't pressure us at all. An engagement and wedding ring is an important purchase so we were keen to get it right. After lots of procrastination and discussion, we decided on Erin and Pravins and we are extremely happy with our decision. Fantastic experience, well done to Pravins and their team!

We do recommend this store to all people！ When we first came to the Reading store to buy a diamond ring, Francesca professionally and kindly shared her knowledge of diamond with us. She was very friendly and considerate, and also highly knowledgeable in diamonds. We felt so happy talking to her! Later, we had to cancel our order due to some sudden circumstances, therefore we called your store. Bradley picked up the call and he was extremely nice and polite. Although we were cancelling an order, he never showed any unhappiness or disrespect. Instead, he was super considerate and friendly. When we went to the store again to get the refund, Hannah was also very helpful and companionable. She was so nice and kind. We felt so respected in Pravins！

Wow! I just want to say thank you so much to Pravins for the best experience! My partner bought my engagement ring in your store and we decided to purchase our wedding rings at Pravins. I want to say thank you to all staff however Francesca in particular. She is just FAB at her job and knew exactly what we wanted!! She is an absolute asset to Pravins and you should be so proud of her being a colleague for your company. Francesca was so welcoming from the start and knew so much about the rings which really helped when choosing the rings for us.
