How delighted i was by the excellent service given by Naima. I was looking for a specific Prada shoes which you did not have my size in stock, but Naima went above and beyond my expectation by helping me finding them somewhere else. The only purpose of Naima was to make me happy and satisfy my need, even though she knew she was not going to benefit from my purchases (i.e commission) . She acted with such integrity and kindness that i feel i have to come back and buy another Prada item from her to relive this experience.
