Thieves! Not only did they swindle us of money for services they promised but did not provide but they also stole some of our stuff and the manager lied to us about having throw some of the stuff away and some stuff were apparently taken by our family and friends when I checked with them, they all said they didn’t take anything. They never showed CCTV footage when asked absolute frauds! Avoid at all cost. Vel is a fraud. Got us to pay for a package that wouldn’t even cost half the money they cunningly got out of us. They will promise everything on the last day everything will be messy. We paid for 250 people but they didn’t even give enough food for 100 people but their staff were filling their plates but when guests asked for more food they refused and made them feel uncomfortable. Disgusting people. While preparing our food with like 4 or 5 staff for whole wedding they decided to cook for their restaurant no wonder why our guests didn’t get enough food! At your own risk feel free to go to these frauds. Always have everything in writing and keep all evidence with these daylight robbers.

We had our Walima function hosted here. The event went flawlessly. All the credit goes to the Event manager Jas who went above and beyond to ensure the function went smoothly. Food was amazing. Had some minor issues with the decor guy Bala initially but Jas sorted us out in the end. Had a few surprises during the planning stages. Would recommend 100%

I hired Praba for my Grandmother's 70th birthday celebration, but I was highly disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Vel was assigned as my contact person after the booking was finalized and payments were made, but unfortunately, they offered no assistance whatsoever. I encountered problems, changes and poor communication. Things that were stated by members of staff was not followed through. Vel's demeanor was rude and unprofessional. I regret to say that I will not be recommending or revisiting this venue in the future. Despite addressing the issues that arose, I received no response from Vel.

Jas was an amazing event manager right from the planning of the event all the way to the end of the event. Jas gave plenty of ideas whilst also respecting our wishes during the planning phase. He was also very accommodating with any last minute changes we gave during the event. Even though we were running over time, Jas helped us adjust timings to satisfy the guests and make sure the event was a success in the end. He made sure to also check in on me every so often to ensure I had eaten and was feeling okay which I really appreciate. Overall, Jas was very welcoming, engaging and friendly to work with and worked hard to make sure everyone enjoyed their time. Bala was also very helpful throughout the entire process, explaining everything in detail and worked hard on the day to make sure our requests were met.

The worst person I have ever met in my life so far is Vel. He tried to rip me off, luckily I cancelled my event and as per contract he's supposed to refund my money within 3 months. After 3 months he won't even pick up my calls or reply to my messages for a month. However after a year and a lot of commotion he finally started to pay me back in installment. I would not recommend Praba (Vel) for any event, small or large. Stay away from Vel and his so called manager Fedoline.
