    My previous review is below, for which I left a 5 * review. I've changed the rating following my recent visit. Took a Suunto Outdoor Watch in to have a new battery fitted. They didn't have the right tools in Knutsford, so they sent it to Macclesfield. It came back a few days later with the back plate screw heads damaged so the plate screws could not be removed. I kept asking the guy in the shop (not Mr Jones) what they would do and got no answer ... silence. I've ended up sending it back to Suunto for repair. A real shame. Last review from 2 years ago ... Took in my daughters watch, which she'd been given for Xmas. Needed a permanent link (as opposed to a removable one) removing from the bracelet. Work done in 45 minutes. Excellent service from all staff. Top drawer!
