Horrendous experience with pre sales staff. Can't comment on training but having called up following a missed call from them, the impression wasn't great at all. Childish woman on other end hung up on me first then when I called back she refused to tell me her name. PPL need to understand that the first impression potential customers are getting is horrendous. Woefully inadequate. I would advise anyone who is interested to try and call them too. Don't just book online. See if they can hold an adult conversion.
