We have worked with Gramacri for nearly a year now and are really impressed with what they provide in terms of PPA cover. In that time, our lead teacher, Cristian, has build up such good relationships with the children and the staff. Staff feel confident that when they hand their class over to him for PPA cover, the children are happy, engaged and well-managed. He provides them with a broad and interesting curriculum and assesses them at every stage of their learning. Communication between Cristian and staff is good and he is always flexible to the needs of the school. We required PPA cover which was reliable and Gramacri has provided us with that. When a new teacher has been introduced there has been adequate hand over time so that the new teacher is aware of our ethos and what the expectations are. Also, if one of the Gramacri teachers is unable to come in, alternative cover is sorted. We have always felt that the company is run in a really professional way and as a Head Teacher, I would recommend Gramacri to other primary schools who are looking for PPA cover which teaches a MfL.

Gramacri have provided our Spanish and Sustainability lessons since September and I am very impressed with what they do. Gramaci has provided us with an outstanding teacher who builds positive relationships with children and manages their behaviour effectively. The children from Year 2 - Year 6 really enjoy their Spanish lessons and have made great progress, which the teacher formally assesses so that our teaching staff can report to parents. Gramacri are unique in that they provide a foreign language curriculum alongside teaching about sustainability. Our teacher, Cristian, is passionate about the planet and living sustainably, and this passion has spread to the children. Cristian runs a sustainability group for children, and a set of eco-councillors who encourage all of us to recycle more and conserve energy. These children have been further inspired by litter picks in our local park, organised by Gramacri. Cristian has empowered the children to feel that the little things they do- like picking up litter or turning off lights- can make a big difference to the earth. As a headteacher, I would highly recommend Gramacri.

Cristian has provided PPA cover in Spanish at our school for the past few years and has become a very valuable and loved member of staff. With outstanding subject knowledge, excellent behaviour management and creative ways of engaging learners of varying ages, Cristian sets high expectations of all pupils. He takes time and energy to build very positive and warm relationships with students and always puts the children first. Cristian’s thorough planning and skilful use of assessment to inform next steps, means that he is able to show flexibility and meet the needs of individuals during a given lesson. The children at our school love learning Spanish and high standards of progress have been clearly evident. As he leads the team at Gramacri, so many more learners can now experience the thrill of learning a language!

My little girls literally can't wait to have their Spanish leason with Gramacri. They keep talking how much fun they have during their session and all games they play. They have learnt lots of song and sometimes speak in Spanish at home but unfortunately i can't understand :) They also tell us off if we don't switch lights off when don't need them as we have to look after our planet
