Went there to exchange a pair of shoes I bought from them as they came apart from the seams after wearing them on for about 5 mins the lady at the till at first was calm before I showed her the pair I wanted to exchange her attitude became very loud and started to question how long I had worn them on for I replied I was fasting and wouldn’t lie for such a petty thing she then asked one of the staff members to take it upstairs and get it seen to by the manager who decided it was a good idea to put them together with superglue that had leaked from the edges I swear if there was a minus zero I wouldn’t hesitate in giving them that, they should change the name of the shop to something which reflects their characters.

Always come to this one and the workers here are amazing and friendly too! Thank you for the service! Needed last minute heels because my other ones which matched my outfit broke and i came here. Not knowing it was a sale for heels for £10!! Cant believe the bargain i got!
