After 4 years and 6 months use, our motor mover decided not to work just as we were going away! After checking and discussions with our local caravan repairer, they told us to contact Powrtouch directly as it was still within the 5 year guarantee. Wow! What service we received,it was fantastic. Hugo did some checks over the phone and decided we needed a new control unit. It was posted out to us the same day. No quibble , no argument, no fuss. Now that is what we call 5 star service. All installed now and working great. Thank you so much. Throughly recommended.

My motor movers stopped working, I phoned Powertouch and a technician talked me though the reset procedure, it was quickly diagnosed my Control box was not working. So I arranged to call in at Powertouch near Derby for a replacement. When we arrived, the guy who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful, sorted a replacement straight away. In my opinion Powertouch are 2nd to none, if you need motor moves get the best, customer service is first class. Martin from Yorkshire.

I have a Powrtouch Evolution motor mover fitted to my caravan. It was fitted brand new in October 2019. Went to take the caravan off the drive and the motor mover wouldn’t engage. After calling the help desk it was found that the electric control unit was faulty. This was replaced by Powrtouch under warranty within 12 days. Brilliant service thank you!

Had an issue with the powrtouch when I accidentally caught it on a low roundabout. Not what you need when just arrived on holiday! Called Powrtouch to see if they had anyone to help and was put through to an engineer who assured me it was a simple fix..even gave me the size of spanner required and what to do. I did what he advised and it was as simple as described and fixed in 5 minutes! The weight off the shoulders was huge. Bragging rights with the family even more! The engineer even said to call back if required and they would help more. I was really assured that they were there to help and it backs up the quality of the product. I’m glad I bought one.

Our powrtouch ceased working whilst on holiday in France Sept21……….rang tech dept at powrtouch and Brian very methodically took me through the fault finding process. It looked like the diagnosis was a failed circuit board……nothing to be done until we returned to the UK as they did not have engineers in France. So we carried on with our hols and returned today 28th Sept. Brian had sorted an engineer for us named Doug. A very helpful guy. We rang him today in between Keele and Sandbach services(m6) and agreed a meet up at our store. Doug turned up exactly as agreed and very quickly diagnosed the problem…..which was not the Circuit board but a badly fitted dealer on off switch which had shorted out.phew could have been a lot worse! Problem fixed in 15 minutes! Such great service from Doug & Brian.
