Appalling service, hired a boom lift which broke down, the mechanic tried to repair it and set fire to it in the customers warehouse!! Replacement boom broke down also, this cost me more than 3 days work and I am out of pocket. Was told I would only be charged 2 days (had off hire receipt proof), now PAS say that it states between 1- 3days standard hire and will charge me for the 3 days NOT 2!! I will never use this firm again and have cancelled my account.
