Avoid avoid avoid!!! Reporting these clowns to trading standards! This tool repair service took 2 dewalt grinders to have bushes changed as i do yearly. Met a woman at the front desk who said this is something they could do and said it would be £10 per unit to have a look at, i paid and left (did not mention if you do not go ahead with their repair they do not put your tool back together again). A week later they call me and tell me that to repair the grinders they would charge £250+vat... each! More than the cost of buying new! I said no dont worry about it i will come and collect them as i know its just the bushes that need replacing. On going to collect my grinders the man behind the counter dumps a box in front of me "here are your grinders in pieces". They had taken the whole of the units apart even though that is not what i had asked them to do. I questioned why they were in pieces and he told me i should have read the fine print (that they would only reassemble if you agree to their extortionate repair quote). In all my years of having tooled fixed i have never experienced this! This company are a complete rip off, dont make the same mistake i did trusting these cowboys with your tools!
