I had a faulty steering rack on my 2012 Audi A4. I sent my rack to Power-Steering Services and they confirmed that it was irreparable, but they sourced me a reconditioned one. Within a week I had the new rack and my car is now back on the road. Cassie at customer services was great, always happy to answer any queries over the phone and responded to my emails promptly. She kept me informed throughout. I originally bought a second hand rack from a broker that didn’t work. So it was such a relief to deal with a reputable company who got me sorted. Well! I looked at reviews online, I was impressed that there were a lot of women who had used this company. Which was the deciding factor in me using Power Steering Services UK Ltd. Dropped off my car and Kevin the owner explained to me the procedure and we went through the things that needed doing to my car and approximately how long it would take. With a view to inform me how long it would to repair. His mechanics were pleasant and offered coffee and biscuits. Upon phoning the office staff, they were extremely pleasant and understanding. It took a little while longer to complete the work. But I had my car back before the Bank Holiday. The owner outlined everything they had done to my car and showed me my defective bits they had taken off and explained the problems. They waited for me to arrive and handed my vehicle back and vallated outside and inside. It is such, that I would recommend this company to anyone. Even if you travel from North London to go there as they are are amazing and honest in their assessment of my vehicle. Congratulations guys. Keep up the good work. Joy

John is one of the most knowledgeable engineer I've seen since I'm driving. He is very reasonable on his quote but same time top in workmanship. I got his reference when about 4-5 different garages including the manufacturer themselves couldn't pin point problem with my car engine and were giving me expensive alternatives but John knew the issue rightaway as I was explaining on chat and indeed he fixed it!! Similar miracle stories from my friends. John (Power Steering) is also very reliable with annual servicing and MOT. I trust and recommend him 100%.

Had to find a steering specialist after issues caused by another garage, all was good on first impressions John and reception staff was very friendly, fitted a new pump without consultation and charged £400 in labour was told all fixed and ready for collection, didn't feel any different so drove back from north to south east London to try again was told again was all fixed but wasn't! A short test drive would of determined that. In total two visits 5days without a car and £700 worse off. In summery nice people but couldn't diagnose my steering fault

Gave them a call was told to pop in with the car. 24 hours later and I have my car back for a very reasons price and the work completed. Would highly recommend. John and staff were very accommodating and even explained what the problem was and why it happened.
